I've always had a love for baskets, but have a newfound appreciation for them after meeting Jamin Uticone, who is one of the talented basket weavers in the Finger Lakes region. Jamin has helped carry on a long-held tradition of basket weaving by the native peoples of the area and is now a keeper or the ash's history, particularly after almost all of our ash trees are being decimated by the emerald ash borer.

You can find out more about Jamin's work at: https://www.facebook.com/SwampRoadBaskets/
