How to Set up an ECOVILLAGE or CO-HOUSING COMMUNITY— Ep. 074

Last year we toured the EcoVillage at Ithaca (episode: https://youtu.be/n-uH36w9xg8), which we had contacted early on to see what we would be able to learn from them about the way they structured their village for our own small co-housing dreams. There were plenty of questions that poured in from that tour, so we decided to go back to the EcoVillage to get more of your questions answered. This will be a series of interviews, starting with this one with Bill Goodman, who has been an advising lawyer (and resident of the EcoVillage at Ithaca) for the last 20 years.
