Rescued beagles arrive at Helen Woodward Animal Center

Everyone deserves a second chance at happily ever after, and these dogs deserve that and much more.

Starting this week, around 4,000 beagles are being rescued from a Virginia mass breeding facility for lab testing. The facility is being shuttered due to inhumane treatment.

43 of those beagles arrived at Helen Woodward Animal Center on Sunday and are beginning their journey to finding forever homes.
