The Democrat majority U.S. Senate will vote on the unsuitably named “Respect for Marriage Act.” Heritage Expert Roger Severino argues that this piece of legislation does little to safeguard numerous inalienable rights enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, chief among them the free exercise of religion.
