1:59 / 8:40 How to get a VM out of VirtualBox Using SytemBack (Plus Gparted sorta)

Ok on this one I go through the steps on how to use systemback to image a vm to an external hard drive that is a in a live-persistant ..for lack of better wording operating system and it is so much more. Unfortunately I believe it is no longer being maintained.
I also show gparted but since i have no experience with using it yet i just briefly talk about it.
