S03E15 Becker's Easy Eats: Easy Mushroom Lasagna

I'm making lasagna today! Not the traditional one with meat sauce and béchamel that one layers with lasagna noodle, but more of a freestyle that is much easier to prepare. This EASY MUSHROOM LASAGNA recipe can be cooked without the bacon if you prefer to have a meatless pasta dish. Try it yourself!

EASY MUSHROOM LASAGNA

Ingredients:
350g mushroom (mixed button and shiitake used)
2 – 3 strip smoked bacon (optional)
6 lasagna sheets (cooked 3 minutes less than indicated)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
1 ½ cup chicken stock
¼ cup all purpose cream
Butter and olive oil for sauteeing
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish (chopped)
