Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivers a statement in commemoration of victims of the atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge regime at the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is joined by Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly and International Trade Minister Mary Ng. The prime minister and ministers are in the country attending the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.
