1969 Datsun 1600 Racing Tribute

Available now is this beautiful 1969 Datsun 1600 Roadster tribute finished in a red and white two-tone vintage racing livery over black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 1.6-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual gearbox. The 1.6-liter R16 inline-four is equipped with twin carburetors and produced 96 horsepower when new. This car has a black convertible top in excellent condition. While not an actual race car with any racing history, this one is a tribute to the spectacular sports car racing history of Datsun from the sixties and seventies.
A three-spoke steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and a combination gauge for coolant temperature, amperage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 64k miles, and total mileage is unknown. The Datsun runs and drives well, however brakes could use some attention. We would recommend a maintenance refresh before being completely roadworthy.
