Disturbing body camera footage shows Albany, NY Police officers violently attack, beat, and arrest Black males after responding to a loud noise complaint. Luke Deer, a five-year veteran of the department, is now facing charges of assault and official misconduct and it's possible more officers will face disciplinary action. The three men that were arrested had all charges dropped.
