WHAT IS THAT? UFO?

Travelling from South Africa to Australia somewhere over the ocean.
When I decided to take one last video of the setting African Sun.
When I looked through the camera above the Aeroplane this is what I captured.. Is that a UFO or stars? But why aren't the stars everywhere the naked eye can see?
