Morning Squats

This is from Tuesday. 6 sets of 2 and then I did the same on box squats with the safety bar.

If you saw my YouTube live yesterday at YouTube.com/tigerfitness you know that I’m training conjugate with my daughter @kamilobliner . Weights are going up insanely fast and I’m feeling strong and healthy. My body has also been changing for the better.

After getting all of my labs done the piece of mind of being internally healthy has actually given me more energy. Health hasn’t changed but we can call it a health placebo and I’ll take it! GET YOUR BLOODWORK DONE!

I’ve never got 375 on squats for multiple sets of 2 since coming back to bodybuilding in late 2021 from boxing.

And training with Kami is a blessing, she is literally the female Kobe and @legacyperformance can vouch for me on this, she trains psychotic.

Today Kami and I did upper body push at 5am and I’ll post that soon!
