Chinese Sticky Plum Chicken Recipe

This recipe hits the spot! If you're craving some really good Chinese sticky chicken, this recipe will not disappoint! This is very easy to make and customize. If you recall in a previous video, I was able to harvest some small bubblegum plums in early fall. The puree I made from that harvest is what I used to make my plum sticky chicken. (Of course, store bought plum sauce works just as well)

Here's how I made it:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup plum puree (plum jam, etc)
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 Tbs Hoisin sauce
1 tsp ginger
Optional garnishes:
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onion
