DAY 5 - MATTHEW TERRY - Fleeing Girlfriend Murder Trial

Day 5 of the MATTHEW TERRY trial.
The PROSECUTION is expected to call the DEFENDANT's ex GF as a witness. He also STABBED his ex-girlfriend in the NECK and did prison time for that. The DEFENSE is expected to begin their case in the afternoon.

Matthew Terry stands accused of stabbing and murdering his girlfriend as she tried to flee from him.
The prosecution is seeking the DEATH PENALTY
