Russia-Poland strike: It 'could be a test', says Lord Dannatt

Following a Russian missile strike in Poland, the Former Chief of the General Staff Lord Dannatt said Vladimir Putin is trying to "fracture the West".

He added that the strike could be either a "miscalculation" or that it "could be a test".
