When an agent shows my listing and doesn't submit an offer

It can be tough to be a seller in today’s market, amiright?!
But while we’re on the subject, can we talk about offers for a minute? I’ve been hearing about ridiculously lowball offers being received by fellow realtors on their listings. While it might seem like it’s “worth a shot” —these scenarios rarely end well. If you are seriously interested in a home, the last thing you want to do is offend the seller and have your offer rejected right off the bat. Negotiations are the name of the game! I’m happy to chat and discuss some of the creative strategies that have helped my buyers achieve lower monthly payments, closing credits and other concessions on recent home purchases. Message me for more info!
