How to build the perfect body
There's no doubt that society today is obsessed with having the perfect body. Just turn on the TV, open up a magazine, or scroll through your Instagram feed and you'll see countless images of "perfect" bodies staring back at you. This obsession has led to people going to extreme lengths to try and achieve this ideal, whether that's through dieting, surgery, or excessive exercise.
The thing is, this ideal is completely unrealistic. The vast majority of people will never have a body that looks like the ones they see in the media. And that's OK! Every body is different and unique, and there's beauty in that.
Unfortunately, this obsession with perfection can lead to all sorts of negative consequences, like eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and low self-esteem. So let's all try to remember that there's no such thing as a perfect body, and that we're all beautiful just the way we are.
