The Quest Boss for the Korrak's Revenge quest.

He seems to spawn at Snowfall Graveyard soon after one side captures it.

He's not hard but you'll need a tank and make sure the opposing faction isn't on your tail.

Keep in mind that the Timewarped Badges that you get from Chromie's Quest do NOT count toward the Bonus Objective for the mount. You have to get the currency within the BG (including the quests in Dun Baldar/Frostwolf Keep) itself.
