Homemade Buffalo Chicken wings
Buffalo Chicken wings
INGREDIENTS
* 2 lb fresh or frozen chicken wings
* 1/3 cup Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
* 1 tsp Paprika
* 1 tsp Cavenne
* 1 tsp Garlic power
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper to Taste
Instructions
1- In a bowl add chicken wings, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix
well
2- Placed a drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber.
Using the display panel, select AIRFRY. Then adjust the temperature to 400 and time to 20- 25Minutes, then touch START.
3- When the display indicates "ADD FOOD" Insert the cooking trays
4- When the display indicates"TURN FOOD" at the halfway point, put the bottom tray on the top and vice versa.
5- When the air fryer program is complete, check to make sure the Chicken wings are at least 165°
6- add the buffalo wing sauce. Mix well
