This Lemon Tart recipe is very easy and completely vegan. It tastes fresh, soft, zingy and has a rich lemony flavor! It's a drop of sunshine in a cake 🍋

LEMON TART WITH FROSTING RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
For the crust:
2 cups oat flour
100g agave syrup or another sweetener
100g Oil (I used Olive Oil)

For the filling:
2 cups soy milk or any other milk
80g agave syrup
40g tapioca starch or any other starch
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp turmeric

For the frosting:
1.5 - 2 cups soy whipping cream
80g agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
