Cheaper Than Dirt 4k test - REPOST for testing

Repost to check how it looks if I upsample to 4k. I heard that YT uses a different codec and it makes it look noticeably better. Really, it's that they use a different codec on 1080 and lower, which actually looks worse than what you started with.
