Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov arrived in Indonesia on Sunday (November 13) ahead of a two-day G20 summit set to start on Tuesday (November 15).

Lavrov will represent President Vladimir Putin, who has no plans to address the summit virtually, the Kremlin said.

Russia's presence at the G20 meeting has drawn criticism from Western countries and Ukraine, who called for Putin to be barred from attending the summit.
