Woman Builds 30-HOME POCKET NEIGHBORHOOD with COMMUNITY at CENTER — Ep. 133

Sue Cosentini is not your typical contractor. Sure she gets stuck into framing and building, but she also really thinks through living space—indoors and out—to encourage connectivity between family members and neighbors. She developed an urban "pocket neighborhood" called the Aurora Pocket Neighborhood in Ithaca, NY and she's now in the process of finishing up a more suburban pocket neighborhood called Amabel.
