Arrow Class: Genesis 31:51-52

Laban told Jacob that he would not go past the mound or pillar they set up to hurt Jacob and Jacob could not go past it either to hurt Laban! They each had a safe zone! Today let’s read Genesis 31:51-52 and grab something for capture the flag. Make an imaginary line or use something thin and long and play capture the flag! The line represents the safe zone, one side is safe for one person, and the other side is safe for the other person. Each person has a “flag” on their side of the line that the other person has to cross the line and grab without getting tagged!

Laban also said to Jacob, “Here is the mound, and here is the pillar I have set up between you and me. This mound is a witness, and this pillar is a witness, that I will not go past this mound to harm you, and you will not go past this mound and pillar to harm me.”
