Does every man commit adultery?

The Word of God is inerrant and without contradiction. However, when someone translating, people will change words to create a doctrine to support the message they want to get through.
What good comes out of telling men a lie that every man has committed adultery? What then will stop him from physically committing adultery? I mean what’s the difference if both are equal sins?
