Ukraine War: 'The world is getting more dangerous, not less'

One of the key discussions in the Conservative Party ahead of the autumn statement has been whether Rishi Sunak will keep the plans to increase defence spending to 3% of GDP by 2030.

Tobias Ellwood, the chair of the Commons Defence Select Committee, spoke to Kay Burley from Odesa in Ukraine.

He called for a boost in defence spending, saying: "The world is getting more dangerous, not less. So we drop our guard at our peril."
