INTROSPECTION feeling like being a dirtbag in video game to solve anger issues? Won't work!

We are told keeping anger inside is definitely not good for your health, since it "stacks" like debuffs in video games :D
So if you ever feel like venting off steam in video games because it's easy and safe, remember that in this world, the easiest path is never the best one.
Also, isn't misery like a virus? It exists, but it cannot replicate on its own. So if it infects you, it does what a virus knows best: alter host in such a way it'll replicate it instead. So if you're spreading misery when you feel misery, aren't you adding to the problem?
Sure, egotistical, wounded people will say: Yes, but at least I no longer feel misery. WRONG! XD By inducing misery in others, misery makes you FEEL better (misery loves company), but don't forget, you still feel like shit after the process. So the problem is not being fixed, it's being fed instead ;) You may well be making other people's lives more miserable, but... never forget you are leaving karmic imprints through each actions. And each action has a reaction. The reaction will be more misery down your way, so you'll probably seek to make people even more miserable, right? Such a cute neverending cycle :3
