Trump Election Denial Apparently not Interesting to Independent Voters

Pondering Republican collapse in the Nov, ‘22 election there are bulletproof conclusions.The GOP inartfully communicated itself. 1.There was no unified national message or a thoughtful, clever statement summing up what was happening. 2.There was an overemphasis on blaming Biden, overkill especially in a scary time. People don't want just finger-pointing – they want answers. 3. We know now election deniers didn't win and therefore there’s a problem with that approach, so let's look at that

So all of these people Trump helped were chosen because they were election deniers. This is a huge problem. And, although we may suspect 2020 fraud, we can't really say for sure where the election was stolen and how and to what extent. So there's really not much that can be done about it. Obvious 2020 election Shenanigans don’t really help us – unless you know exactly how it occurred and so – how to stop it. But Independent voters were not moved by the idea.

Also, it gives the sense that the GOP is driving down the road just staring in the rearview mirror which is not a good look. But, in the midst of our understandable and quite right sympathy and support for Donald – consider how this stolen-election fixation rewards his worst instincts. Further, it cements the claim to our era that this most important event, that he was robbed, must be constantly venerated. Yet, it’s probably more accurate to claim Hunter Biden’s crime spree cover up cost Trump the election.

So, the answer to the question of, How should we have done the election – seems simple in retrospect. 1.Don't spend too much time trashing Biden since everyone already knows he's totally incompetent. 2. Don't make it all about the last stolen election because that's not what people want to hear. 3. Tell voters what you’re going to change and how. For example, discuss how we're going to drop the price of oil & inflation by opening all oil fields and getting production back over 13 million barrels a day. It’s that simple.

This may be the end of the line for Trump in terms of running if too many people get frustrated with him over his unwillingness to drop the election fraud claims. But Dnald now has to run for president simply to keep from getting indicted which could be the Democrat’s strategy. This could keep Trump from winning yet also keep any other Republican from winning either.

Republicans need to return to First Things, meaning Conservatives are the keepers of the economy, lower inflation & taxes. Return to our message. We also need to educate the people who are too illiterate to make good decisions. We will have to try. And this may be a lot of the younger voters since those kids are propagandized day and night.

We may be dealing with a group of people, the younger Generations in America, who are going to make their decisions based on being propagandized by innumerable kinds of Marxism. If that's true, we really have our work cut out for us. Then, our main job becomes how to evangelize and educate these people. In the meantime, we have to be ready to be hated and defied and rejected simply because we celebrate freedom, free speech and open capitalism.

In the midst, both faithful Conservatives and GOP leaders must decide whether Trump has reached his sell-by date. No long term political movement can ever exist upon just a single figure. It must be prepared to be adapted and grow to reach its full potential while the leaders and founders must be prepared to graciously pass the torch. Cheap shots against brothers-in-arms won’t cut it.

We've got to work and we get everyone involved in this fight. Because, if not, then the youngsters who've been propagandized into childhood Marxism will decide the game. Power then is the only game in town as propaganda at this level is extraordinarily dangerous. It’s truly difficult to defend against as it is painted as utter righteousness, yet completely irrational. It’s the Creed of a new religion, which will fight to the death unless we can defuse this ticking timebomb.
