ANNE HECHE ESTATE SUED FOR 2 MILLION, HER EX WANTS CONTROL OF EVERYTHING, AND EV MALFUNCTION KILLS

Anne Heche's estate is being sued for 2 million dollars by the woman that owns the house her mini cooper crashed into claiming the house and all of her possessions were completely burned and destroyed as a result of Anne's crash leaving her without a place to live

Her 20 year old son took over her estate when she passed away but, that has its own battles because the father of his half brother who is 13 is trying to claim the entire estate and money for himself until they are BOTH 25 claiming it's what's best for the children and what Anne wanted showing an "email" from 2011 that is very questionable at the least, He says the 20 is not suitable" to run the estate, claiming he's only 20, is unemployed, dropped out of school and was estranged from Anne at the time of her death

Some people have thought Anne's electric mini cooper was "hacked" causing the crash and some thing it may have been a malfunction causing it to gain speed without the option of pressing the brake ? I don't know any of these people and have never owned an EV but, I'll finish off this video with a clip of an Tesla Model Y electric vehicle malfunction that caused two people to die and 3 to be injured because it kept speeding up on its own until it finally crashed and it was said that the brakes would NOT work though the company said "their data" shows the brakes were never applied
