#Republican Congressman James Comer from Kentucky, along with the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to #dhs Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas accusing him and his agencies of suppressing free speech on presumably neutral social #media platforms, which we know in reality to be left leaning.

This big tech neutrality is what prevents #socialmedia companies from being sued, but at the same time they are acting like a publishing company and suppressing certain perspectives.

The First Amendment to the #consititution of the United States protects #freespeech and constitutionally protected free speech INCLUDES POLITICAL SPEECH IN THE DAYS LEADING UP TO A PRESUMABLY FREE AND FAIR ELECTION.

The House Oversight Committee letter argues that #government agents can log into platforms like #facebook, where they can then flag, slow down or block any video they choose for any reason without giving information to the content creator. This video explains how #SHADOW BANNING works in #usa especially before we #vote in an #election
