The song banned (The Steal 2020 Election ) by YouTube in 2021 is back and protected in 2022 due to Texas House Bill 20, which was signed into law by Governor Greg Abbot on 9/9/2022 (And upheld by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals). Texas House Bill 20 thwarts the communist acts of social media companies from banning Texas users simply based on their political views. Among other expectations, social media companies are required to reveal their moderation and content management guidelines. Further, social media companies are also obligated to implement a complaint and appeals process for removed content, provide a reason for content removal and a decision review.
