Paleofit continued and winter exercise.. cold water immersion continues
Yowza it is dropping under 50 degrees now in the water and floating around 32 degrees Fahrenheit or 0 Celsius airtemp. You know this is minimal daily activity, a little jogging, a little moving some moderate weight around, little bit of time in the water... not actual training but atleast I am breaking a sweat. I feel like slowly I am being active again, something I lost when I went into quarentine lockdown the summer of 2021. Good to finally getting some daily exercise again. Not sure how long I can keep this outdoor stuff going as the slow drop in temp happens over the next few weeks.. none the less perfect opportunity for some cold weather acclimatization nd a chance at cold water swimming or bathing perhaps we shall see how long I get strokes in. None the less still good weather here but the gardening season is wrapping up and the canning season is beginning.
