Have you ever been dismissed in debate over “a Platform” can be treated as “a Publisher”?

Jason Fyk Started this journey years ago, he didn't look for it, it did not just get here over night. We are going to be lucky enough to hear right from the source why this is the most important case of our time and how it can potentially change how the entire "game" is played.

A Publisher makes publishing decisions like to allow, or disallow, or edit content. A Platform is a tool used to disseminate third-party information. In other words, a Platform blindly disseminates information and a Publisher alters and distributes information. The differences of knowingly vs. unknowingly, or passive vs. active are very important in understanding one of the most significant legal battles of our time.
