If we truly understand this, then you do not need to be told to be kind; you do not need to be told to care for each other; and you do not need to be told to forgive, love or respect yourself. You don’t worry about who wins, you want to be sure that no one loses. You love others as yourself, and you see the spark of the divine in all things. You know that every experience is a lesson, a chance to grow toward understanding. You know that we are all ONENESS.

Oneness is the law of nature: what we do to others, we do to ourselves.
