Scott is the author of the book The Dad Connection. His story of how the book was written is unique, and I loved hearing how it happened. Clearly, Scott is a man that leads and parents through his heart and authenticity; that is an inspiration to me. As a man, my experience has been we get bogged down by these macho/manly masks that society expects us to wear. Scott doesn't do any of that; he teaches through his integrity and, as a result, brings great results to his son's lives, others, and us. Scott was and is ahead of his time, especially considering he comes from a macho-dominated work culture like the construction industry. Lots to learn here; I hope you enjoy listening; I know I did.
