Relax

Although some days I don’t get to go out, I still love seeing the world closest to home. On occasion, I get a visit from birds, lizards, butterflies or squirrels. This day, I found a dove sitting on my balcony railing, taking a moment. As my little visitor got comfortable and looked around, he made me think about how important it is to take a breath from time to time as we let go of daily stress and find peace in life to restore much needed calm.
Take a daily moment to relax and reflect on the things that matter most. The challenges we have overcome, the strength we have gained and the passion that fuels our will to succeed in our goals, our hopes and our dreams. Onwards! +
