YouTube Is Taking On TikTok With A New Commenting Feature #shorts

YouTube has decided to adapt a strategy TikTok has been using for a while now, simply to stay competitive and bring familiarity to their competing format that users already know and love. This also ads a new dimension for the long-format creators to engage directly with users in a unique way but also allows them to use comments as a way for inspiration.

You can now respond to YouTube comments with a shorts video if you are an iOS user. Android application feature is still in the works.
