The cost of Yorkshire Tea pack has stunned customers
Morrisons customers says they "can not accept" the cost of tea packs after one customer brought up the "absurd" cost. The typical cost for most everyday items has been a significant issue for families after research found that expansion on food arrived at more than 10%.
Costs for tea packs, milk and sugar all rose as food cost expansion bounced from 10.6% last month to 11.6%, as per the English Retail Consortium.
Furthermore, customers have been seeing significant cost ascends on the grocery store's racks - and one customer couldn't really accept that the cost of Yorkshire tea packs. Ali Osman went to a well known general store bunch Lessen Your Store Spend and uncovered exactly how much a sack of 240 tea packs cost at Morrisons.
He inquired as to whether it was a "joke" after show the £8.25 cost of Yorkshire tea packs. As indicated by Trolley.co.uk, Morrisons has the most costly cost for the 240 box with Waitrose
being the most costly at £6.60.
Customers came to the post to refer to the cost as "crazy". Jo Ryder said: "This is in all honesty the right cost. I saw it that cost in Morrison's a month prior and almost swooned. £4:49 in Lidl and Aldi!"
