Family First Life: Major Evidence of Systemic Defrauding of New Agents

My office received a phone call from a Jacksonville, Florida insurance agent that was lured by grandiose promises to bring himself and his team of 12 productive agents from American Income Life to Family First Life.

Agent Jimel join FFL in March 2022 and fast-forward to November 2022 is begging that NAAIP help him in obtaining "a release" from Family First Life. Agent Jimel subsequently tells us of major criminal wrongdoings.

Interesting Quotes:

"My team is mostly gone"
"Family First Life has a lead center that mostly doesn't work"
"They sell them (leads) over and over and over"
"The managers will replace new agents policies (from bounty leads) even when the agent is active"
"I was buying bounty leads and made approximately 15 sales from them"

Jimel tells us that he was given a list of recent Americo sales (a few months old) and subsequently had the client double their coverage with Mutual of Omaha for the same money.
Obviously, the new agents that were recruited with grand promises had no idea that their sales data would soon be given to an experienced agent would cause the client to cancel the original policy.

Oooops, major fraud. Churning, Elder abuse.

"None of the promises that Family First Life told us to convince us to join FFL were kept"

"They won't release me"
"Americo is so expensive compared to everything else"
