415x2 deadlifts for speed!

When I travel by plane I go straight to the gym upon landing when possible. Today I got straight to it and hit 8 sets of 2 SPEED deadlifts with 415 and then did Nordic curls, rows, lat pulldowns, leg curls, calf raise and inner and outer thighs.

Doing this will help obliterate jetlag and a crappy day!

Now my mind is ready! 😤
