If Russ's career could have taught us anything, it is that you can't rely on your past achievements for current success, you must stay disciplined and keep putting in the work. As most of you know Russ was the Icon of the league and his accolades speak for themself but as his career went on he was never able to make adjustments and with that plus a few more factors broken down in this video, Russ is on the path left out the league. This is a pretty unique story because there may never have been an NBA MVP besides Derrick Rose to go on this path but it seems as if Derrick is on a better one than Westbrook.
