Ingredients:

• 5 potatoes
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Salt
• 300 g of minced meat
• 1 onion
• 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
• Parsley and chive
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• 150 g tomato extract

Method:

For the puree:
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook with water and salt. Chop the parsley and chives.
Mash the potatoes, add the butter, chives and parsley. Mix well.

For the filling:
Chop the onion.
In a pan put a thread of olive oil, sauté the onion, add the meat, season with salt and spicy paprika. Add the tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.

Mounting
Take the puree, mold with your hands, shell-shaped pieces.
Fill with a layer of cheese, the meat and cover with another layer of cheese.
