Vladimir Putin meets with Kazakh President Tokayev in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev hold talks in Moscow. This is the first meeting of the presidents since violent unrest in the ex-Soviet country in January. Over 200 people were killed and thousands injured in violence that began with anti-government protests and prompted the country to call in Russia-led troops.
