It was on Interstate-10 in Arizona that a trooper spotted a truck with its hazard lights on. He approached to check to see if everything was alright but upon peeking inside, he saw something that he'd never forget. A naked woman was chained inside the trucks sleeping compartment and the man who'd been behind the wheel was Robert Ben Rhoades. A sadistic serial killer who travelled the country and could be responsible for as many as 50-murders.
