NYC Carriage Horse Collapses Due To Heat Stroke & Is Attacked By Handler - Chrissie Mayr Reacts!

A common sight in New York City besides the rats, homeless, and crime... is the galloping horses near major tourist zones. The horses are out in the current heavy heat & as seen in the article they are struggling to get through the day. Sadly from the article it seems that the horse handler was very under trained & with a lack of caring for the health of the horse. The horse has recovered and is back to living a happy horse life... hopefully. Should the horse carriage business in NYC be stopped?
