Easy Dinner, Sirloin Tip Roast in a Dutch Oven #shorts #sirlointiproast #dutchovencooking
Season the sirloin tip roast with salt, pepper, and garlic and let sweat while getting your dutch oven hot with cooking oil and then sear the roast on all sides and then pull from the dutch oven and set your grill up for low and slow cooking about 250 - 275 degrees. Through in any vegetables you like such as onions, carrots, garlic, potatoes and some beef broth and then set the roast on top of it all. Whisk in some flour near the end of the cook and that is when the roast is tooth pick tender. The flour will thicken the liquid.
