Homemade Smoked Bacon, from curing to smoking

This is how we make our own smoked bacon at home.
Ingredients:
1 Pork Belly, I got mine from Costco
Pink curing salt #1
Brown sugar
Ground Pepper
Bay Leaves
Crushed Chili Peppers
Smoke to a min of 155 F (less is not recommended)
