Sen. Warnock: Not Voting Is Having Someone Else 'Speak On Your Behalf'

Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock spoke at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga., ahead of the runoff election against Republican Herschel Walker. Warnock urged residents to vote and spoke about his contributions towards Historically Black colleges and universities.
