In this video, I make pumpkin 2 ways. First, I made a sourdough starter pumpkin roll. Next, I made a pumpkin spice muffin filled with cream cheese filling. I made them both with fresh milled flour (spelt & soft white wheat), so they are nutritious whole wheat recipes.
