How much does an inspection cost

You have heard the old saying, "you get what you pay for" but don't necessarily believe it! Some people want the best price regardless of the quality of the job and yet others believe the most expensive price is the best inspection. Do your homework so you can make the correct choice when hiring the best inspector or any trades person for that matter. Not all inspectors are the same, some are great and some are weak and still some are in the middle. I argue in this video that you should ask for a sample report so you can choose the best one.
