In this episode of Soul Speak, I was overjoyed to have Cassandra Anne Glass, Ex-Gym owner and Personal Trainer turned Wellness Witch, as my guest.

Frustrated by the focus on physical weight loss, she turned her focus to the energetics of weight release, clearing the emotional weight for a physical body to organically manifest with aligned fitness and healthy food habits.

We talked about how the body is directly impacted by our emotional healing, they go hand in hand, so allowing the body to release that energetic pain supports the rest of our healing process. Moving the body in ways that it can support our transformations and sustain us through the various pressures of life is crucial, and understanding where we source our energy from: is it joy? Is it anger? Is it frustration? Or is it adrenal hormones that are being triggered unnecessarily?

Helping clients to know your body well enough to understand what you need and when is part of what Cassandra does in her coaching and group programs. Creating your body story and release what doesn’t serve you anymore is the key.
